Just to note, the Circles tool, Autocircles and Blur tool will only be avalible to you when you are a Regular User. To get this, you must have 120k segaments on the canvas, and have a Regular User publish it for you, on to the gallery. Once you have reached the segaments required, you will have to have one of your drawings rated up to 5 or 6. Hope this guide was helpful!
