Edward Cullen or the original kick-butt vampires?

Personally, I like the originals better, not rip off ones that sparkle like disco balls in the sun when they should be burning to pieces, and are like walking slabs of marble. (hence the grey skin tone) But, your choice. I'd love to hear your opinion.
