Soul Searching

When your colour fades and you lose yourself in space among stars that fly like wind blown sand into your skin. Tiny pinpricks of light seem so small and insignificant at a distance, but every child knows that each and every one has the potential to be the center of another solar system. Every daugher and son sees the moon and sun, thinking of how grand they are, when all around the planet earth in between the galaxies far far away and between the strange unknowns that awaits discovery... are millions of stars, some bigger and brighter than the very one we see day to day. But who are we to appreciate the magnitude and splendor of stars so far away, when they are too distant to shed their light here?
