Beast in the frosty night...

This is a sort of, beast/dragon version of lugia, how i imagine it ^^ its wings are its legs. its a cold night and the beast has imerged. hope you like it. i put loads of effort in this, enjoy ^^ (im proud of the eye and his breath X3) I also did each of the scales individually X3
