alright, possible scene from my new Comic "Paradise Hill" this is Dr.Callus. Like all the crazy and phyco people in this hospital.. Dr. Callus is the most insane out of them all and should really be the one locked up. He takes pleasure in seeing what makes his clients ... 'tick'
