Terry Fox

Terry fox inspires me because he never gave up, which is something i need to learn how to do. He ran almost all the way across the country when he lost his leg to cancer, to raise money to help people like him. My favorite part about his journey though, was that everynight when he went to sleep, he put a pile of rocks on the side of the road, so when he woke up, he knew exactly were to start so he didnt miss a single step. That kind of dedication is why i love him, and strive to be like him every day :) Note: i had to submit twice, i submitted the one with the sketch by accident... hope thats alright ^^; [keywords:Competition 2010/1]
