Recollection

do you remember the days of endless light that never so much as blinked a hint of recollection? can you name the colors that sealed the ground to the sky in the brilliance of the evanescent sunset? is it the same song that plays in the background of your memories too? the rain falls silently as echoes of the thunder that is behind us now slowly fade into a sweeping wind. waves of grass crest on the coastline of cool fields that pave the path to peace.
