Battle with Orochi

As the full moon emerged from the clouds, it filled Nagi's sword with power, and he proceeded to slay the beast, cutting off it's eight heads. Shiranui, bleeding and dying from the battle, was brought back to Kamiki Village. He didn't make it, and the citizens erected a statue to commemorate what the deity had done for them.
