What's been on your mind recently?

I'll be honest, i feel like i can't think straight anymore. All my thoughts end up nonsensical. Not that i can't think, i just can't think coherently. I keep remembering things, and then i can't stop thinking about them. My thoughts keep crashing into eachother. Everything in my head is a mess.
